Guarantee
If any item
is found to be defective, it will be replaced. If
not completely satisfied with any other item within 30
days, return in original packaging for a refund.Travelers must be contacted
via email for
a Return Authorization Number before merchandise may be
returned. Unwanted purchases are not returnable; customer
errors in personalization and text are also non-refundable.
Can I order if I live outside of the United States?
Worldwide shipping is available. Rates will be quoted
on request.
When will my order ship?
Your order normally ships within one (1) week. Backorders
ship within six (6) weeks. You will be notified via email
if your order contains a backorder. If you wish to cancel
your backorder, please contact us via email at dohowdohow@bellsouth.net.
How can I find out about the status of my order?
Email our Customer Service department at dohowdohow@bellsouth.net. Please include your last name and billing zip
code to aid in locating your new order. Our representatives
are available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST), 5 days a
