Certainly!
Your order will be automatically adjusted to reflect group rates
once 12 pieces of any item are purchased. Contact

am Greek. Do you offer personalized jackets for fraternities and
sororities? |
When
it comes to personalization . . . we do it all. In the near future
we plan to make Greek designs available on site. But for now,
you can fax your ideas to us at 901-332-5778 or mail to: PO Box

by phone? |
Like
talking to a human? No problem! Place your order by phone between
the hours of 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM (Central Standard Times)( Monday
through Friday. Just give us a call to order (toll free) 877-229-6263.
We ask that you have all information handy when ordering by phone.

you ship outside the USA? |
Yes we do. For
orders outside the USA, we will inform you of local price, duty,
applicable taxes and shipping charges. If paying by money order,
we accept postal money orders only. To wire money electronically,
please contact our service
department via email for instructions.

long will my order take? |
Personalized
apparel takes time. Expect to receive your order within 10 to
14 days. None personalized items, ship within 48 hours when
in stock.

soon can I expect to receive my custom watch? |
All
watches are customized to your specifications at time of order.
Please allow 7 to 10 working days for your custom watch orders
to ship.

We
offer custom logo designing. You may fax, email
us or mail your design to us to receive a quote.

Sure
do. To receive wholesale pricing, you must be a licensed business.
We offer wholesale pricing for bags, apparel and headwear only.

Can
I choose any thread color I want? |
Yes,
you can. Look for the 'Special Instruction' box when completing
your order and let us know what color thread you'd like.

What is your return policy? |
When
placing a custom order, make sure that information you provide
is correct, as we cannot accept the return
of custom orders if you make the
mistake.
Should we make the mistake, we will gladly replace
the item or give you a refund.
Non-customized
items are returnable for replacement or refund with authorization.
